Update your contact information
If you receive health benefits from the state, they may want to contact you from time to time with important information. If you have moved or your address has changed, call your local Department of Social Services (DSS) office to give them your new address. You may receive a renewal package from the state.
Be aware of scams and fraud during Medicaid renewals. There is no cost to complete a Medicaid renewal and if we reach out to you about renewing your coverage, we will never ask for money.
