Healthy Blue Care Together offers a variety of benefits and services to help members receive the care they need.
What to expect as a member
As a Healthy Blue Care Together member, you have all the standard Medicaid benefits available to you, plus additional behavioral health services, intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) services, and long-term services and supports (LTSS) to help you be your healthiest.
Healthy Blue Care Together offers:
- Physical health services
- Pharmacy services
- Care management
- Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT)
- Certain long-term services and supports
- Certain Medicaid-covered behavioral health services
Healthy Blue Care Together benefits and services
Healthy Blue Care Together will provide or arrange for most services you need. Your health benefits can help you stay as healthy as possible if you:
- Are pregnant
- Are sick or injured
- Experience a substance use disorder or have behavioral health needs
- Need assistance with eating, bathing, dressing or other activities of daily living
- Need help getting to the doctor’s office
- Need medicines
Depending on whether you are a caregiver, child or young adult, you may have access to certain additional benefits.* If you have questions about specific benefits and services, please call Healthy Blue Care Together at 833-777-3611 (TTY 711) 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern time (including on state holidays).
Note: You must get the services below from providers who are in Healthy Blue Care Together’s network. Services must be medically necessary and provided, coordinated or referred by your or your child’s primary care provider (PCP).
